1:1 EXECUTIVE COACHING

For this package, we start with creating a coaching assessment, followed by overarching goals to serve as barometers throughout our time together. The objective is to help you gain awareness regarding how you function so that you can course correct and, ultimately, make choices that’ll help you get what you want out of your life.

Through this process, we’ll look at the blocks impeding you from hitting your professional stride. We examine whether or not your time management affects your actual goals. In addition, we’ll dive into your well-being practices and self-confidence. We will look at where you are, where you want to be in the future, and how you’ll get there.

Your personal and professional lives are intrinsically linked, so we’ll often sidetrack into your personal life to pinpoint what reveals itself there that can affect your professional life.

Together, and through awareness from these sessions, we’ll keep you accountable as you commit to specific actions. You’ll create and sustain accountability practices to ensure your follow-through.
